Why Phi Kappa Theta?

The Phi Kappa Theta Kappa Upsilon Chapter at the University of Missouri is striving to be a new type of fraternity. Instead of the traditional pledging program which breeds toxicity and hazing, the Chapter has created the Candidate Program. Our Candidate Program focuses on fraternity education and activities in the chapter. The program encourages mutual respect and brotherhood between active member and candidate, teaches candidates how to be better men and leaders, promotes academic excellence and community service, and doesn't involve hazing of any kind.
