Phi Kappa Theta believes that leadership is one of the greatest assets that we instill in our members. We encourage members to get involved in leadership roles both in our chapter and throughout campus and the community. Our chapter has executive officer, committee chairmen, and other roles where incoming members can practice and improve their leadership skills and prepare for life outside of Phi Kappa Theta.
